There are also a few simple ‘sample’ presets as starting points. There is also the Cloud feature which is great.
Once you're logged in to your account via the plugin you have access to literally hundreds of user presets uploaded to the Cloud. You can of course share your own creations too. This is a great feature and very well integrated into the plugin. Very disappointed customer and would not recommend purchasing this product with this type of “support”, which is virtually nonexistent.The quality of the effects are pretty darn good and I found myself making some highly useable sounds. When I contacted positive grid customer service to check about the warranty and see what they could do since the amp is virtually brand new, all I received back with a cryptic email with their warranty document attached. It did not actually take a fall, just fell forward onto its face from where it was situated on the floor, but now the input jack is loose and wobbly and I fear it’s going to fall apart every time I try to use. Within the first two months after purchase, my amp took a very small “fall” forward while situated on the floor because someone stepped on my cord. But within two months, after just one small mishap, my amp is now falling apart and I’m afraid to use it. When it finally arrived, it was a joyous occasion. I bought my Spark 40 last July 2020 and waited about 1.5 months for shipment.
