(Editor's Note: Positive Grid informed us this is now fixed!). Preset Management And Cloudīias FX comes with a pretty good selection of presets to get you started covering a wide range of styles. There are also a few simple ‘sample’ presets as starting points. There is also the Cloud feature which is great.

Once you're logged in to your account via the plugin you have access to literally hundreds of user presets uploaded to the Cloud. You can of course share your own creations too. This is a great feature and very well integrated into the plugin. Very disappointed customer and would not recommend purchasing this product with this type of “support”, which is virtually nonexistent. The quality of the effects are pretty darn good and I found myself making some highly useable sounds. I have emailed them twice since in follow up, but have heard absolutely nothing back. You would think a well-built amp could survive a very short “lean” forward where it never really fell. They clearly avoided my warranty question, and offered no remedy.

They stated I could send some pictures so they could see the damage, but there’s nothing to detect externally, looks fine from the outside it’s the jack on the inside that is loose and falling apart. When I contacted positive grid customer service to check about the warranty and see what they could do since the amp is virtually brand new, all I received back with a cryptic email with their warranty document attached. It did not actually take a fall, just fell forward onto its face from where it was situated on the floor, but now the input jack is loose and wobbly and I fear it’s going to fall apart every time I try to use. Within the first two months after purchase, my amp took a very small “fall” forward while situated on the floor because someone stepped on my cord. But within two months, after just one small mishap, my amp is now falling apart and I’m afraid to use it. When it finally arrived, it was a joyous occasion. I bought my Spark 40 last July 2020 and waited about 1.5 months for shipment. Might even cut down on the need for third-party backing tracks.Īnd finally, add a button to my profile page that instantly makes me better than Clapton. I know that's asking quite a bit, but you gotta admit it would be cool. Even better, let me drag and drop the order.Ībility to toggle off/on categories on the Music page - e.g., I have limited interest in jazz, bossa nova, funk and reggae, and I will never need tracks for metal or hiphop so all that is just visual white noise I have to scroll past all the time.Ībility to experiment with the order of the pedals in the drive train.Ībility to add/remove basic keyboard and/or rhythm guitar to smart jams. More accurate chord analysis, especially making chord changes on the right beats.Ībility to view playlists in list form (without thumbnails) to reduce horizontal scrolling.Ībility to sort playlists on my profile page by name, date, etc. Some sort of pop-up lists on the pre-fab smart jams to show where in the list the current jam is, and be able to select from the list rather than having to sample each one blindly. I don't really understand this omission since the Spotify imports are coming from YouTube anyway (which I don't understand either).Ībility to access backing tracks stored locally (phone/tablet/computer/cloud).Īdd country category to presets and smart jams.Īccess/edit my account settings and preferences. from the main app menu rather than having to do a search that cannot perform batch imports. Save them to my device if necessary.Ībility to import songs and playlists directly from YouTube in the same manner as Spotify, i.e. Things that are a priority to me, in order of importance:Ībility to record a jam track or backing track as a track in a DAW without needing a separate audio interface between the amp and the computer.Ībility to save more than 20 Liked Songs - at least 50, 100 would be better.
#POSITIVE GRID FX BIAS MODEL LIST SOFTWARE#
After a couple months usage, here are things I would like to see added to future software and firmware updates for Spark.
